Are you energetic, personable, and looking for a part-time opportunity with room to grow? Our insurance agency is seeking a motivated team member to help us connect with customers, generate positive online reviews, and keep our office running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable making outbound calls, and wants to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry—without needing a license. For the right candidate, this position has the potential to grow into a full-time career opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to leads and schedule appointments for our sales team

  • Reach out to customers to request and manage Google reviews

  • Support new customer onboarding and follow-up

  • Answer phones and direct calls to the right team members

  • Assist with office communications and light administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

  • Customer service or telemarketing experience is a plus (but not required)

  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace preferred)
