Our growing insurance agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative who not only provides exceptional support but is also excited to play a key role in business growth through service-based sales opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable, friendly support
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing, claims follow-up, and coverage updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or suggest additional coverage solutions based on customer needs
- Collaborate with licensed team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Contribute to customer retention by delivering timely, attentive service
What You Bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Comfort with discussing insurance-related needs and solutions
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Sales experience or sales-minded approach is a plus
Licensing Requirement:
This role requires a Property & Casualty Insurance License. If you are not currently licensed, we provide training and support to help you obtain it. Employment is contingent upon becoming licensed within a designated timeframe.
